Terms of Service for Remember

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Remember ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yahmir LLC ("Yahmir").

2. License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
Use the App for any commercial purpose
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices
Use any automated systems or bots to access the App or manipulate gameplay
Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers

3. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

Ads are a necessary part of the App
Ads may be personalized based on your interests and activity
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
Clicking on ads is at your own risk

4. Game Data

Remember stores your game progress, high scores, and daily challenge streaks locally on your device. You acknowledge that:

Game data is stored only on your device
Uninstalling the app will delete all your game data
We are not responsible for loss of game data due to device issues, app updates, or reinstallation
Game data cannot be transferred between devices

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Cheat, hack, or use third-party tools to gain unfair advantages
Attempt to interfere with the App's operation

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, graphics, designs, text, logos, and gameplay mechanics) are owned by Yahmir LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Remember name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Yahmir LLC. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
That the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
That defects will be corrected
That the App or servers are free of viruses or harmful components

Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YAHMIR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

Your use or inability to use the App
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the App by any third party
Loss of game progress or data

9. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yahmir LLC regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide notice through:

Update to the "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
